Sampling the local rum in Antigua.

Definitely bunny hops during the gym rush-hour – unforgettable
and unforgiveable.

Protein shakes (I’ll spare you the details).
What have you learnt about yourself that you didn’t
know before?
I might never be able to tie a one-handed bowline.
Any fears or apprehensions?
Santa won’t be able to find me mid-Atlantic.
What do you think you will miss the most during the race?
My dog.

A Guernsey winter.
